  • 200gr fresh leaf spinach
  • 1 clove of garlic

Instructions

1. Drizzle the Fiorentina with Il Casolare Fruttato Intenso Farchioni oil. Gently massage the meat on both sides, at least 5 minutes. Let the meat rest 10 minutes at room temperature.
