Shipping and Limitations
Delivery is supported in the following countries:
T-Data S.r.l confirms acceptance of order taking by sending an automatic e-mail summary to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. It prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the Courier with the original manufacturer's packaging or with properly closed cardboard boxes. The timeline for entrusting the Courier with the products is "By the next business day after the date of the order."
The goods are shipped from T-Data Italia warehouses, specifically from "T-Data_FA module L1, Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano (MO)."
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding national holidays. In case of multiple orders, there is no separate delivery, but the products will be delivered together in one shipment. The order summary and confirmation email will indicate the terms within which T-Data S.r.l is committed to deliver the products, barring unforeseen circumstances. T-Data S.r.l uses the following couriers: DHL, BRT, GLS, SDA.

Shipment tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with the data for tracking the package. After 24 hours after the order has been sent, it will be possible to follow the shipping status by clicking on the tracking link in the email. The link will also be available for registered users on the order summary page.
Checking the package received
In the presence of the courier, please verify that:
- The number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the waybill.
- The packaging is not visibly damaged, tampered with, wet, or altered in its sealing materials.
- The dimensions and information on the package match that of the item purchased.
Any exterior damage or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier in writing on the delivery note and reported to T-Data S.r.l within 8 days.
If it is not possible to verify the integrity of the product at the time of delivery, sign "subject to verification, specifying the reason" on the delivery receipt. Once the document is signed, you will not be able to dispute quantity and quality of the product received.
Delay in delivery
If the product is not delivered or arrives later than the specified time, you may request additional time or terminate the contract if the delay exceeds 10 business days. In this case, a full refund of the amount, including shipping costs, will be granted.
Limitations
The following locations are excluded from delivery:
- Italy: Livigno, Campione d'Italia
- Denmark: Faroe Islands and Greenland
- Germany: the island of Heligoland and the territory of Büsingen
- Spain: Andorra, Gibraltar, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla
- France: Corsica, New Caledonia, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna islands, French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic lands
