Damages and Problems

Exceptions / non-returnable items

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, within 10 business days you will receive your refund automatically through your original payment method.
