  • 100ml Milk
  • q.b. Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into uniformly sized pieces, then place them in a pot with plenty of salted water and bring to a boil.

2. Cook potatoes until tender (they should be pierced easily with a fork). Drain and place in a bowl. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher until uniform and lump-free.

3. Heat the milk until it becomes hot, but not boiling.

4. Gradually add the EVO oil and hot milk to the potatoes, mixing well to incorporate the ingredients, until the desired consistency is achieved.

5. Adjust with salt, pepper and spices according to your taste.

6. Serve the mashed potato to accompany the desired dish.
