Montefalco DOC White Wine

Taste guide

It shows a straw-yellow color with golden hues. On the nose we discover an intense fragrance of broom, exotic fruit and cedar peel. The taste is broad but refined, round and full-bodied.

The sommelier's advice

It is a wine for aperitifs or for pairing with white pasta dishes, fresh savory cheeses, fish and shellfish. We recommend serving it between 12° and 14° C.

Recipe and processing

Native white grapes, Chardonnay. Vinification with cryomaceration of skins, fermentation at controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle.
