  • 400gr Flour
  • 350gr of Sugar
  • 250ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 jar of Honey
  • 250ml of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Beat sugar and eggs in a bowl until smooth. Incorporate the milk and then the oil, continuing to mix.

2. In a separate bowl mix cornstarch, flour, and baking powder.

3. Combine the two compounds and mix them together.

4. Pour the batter into muffin molds.

5. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

6. Bake the muffins, and when they have cooled, top them with honey.
