Benedictine Method Craft Double Malt Beer

The exploration of taste

The color is deep yellow, veiled and with golden highlights. The foam is abundant and persistent. The nose has notes of honey and Muscat grapes revealing a taste of honey, malt, grape juice, hops. The aftertaste is sweet and quite persistent.

The master's advice

Goes well with red meats, aged cheeses, cured or smoked meats, spicy dishes. The recommended serving temperature is from 10° to 12° C.

Recipe and processing

Water, barley malt, Muscat grape must, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the top-fermentation method.
