Instructions

1. Make the sauce: in a bowl combine ground chicken, bread crumbs soaked in milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese, EVO oil, salt, pepper and parsley.

2. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.

3. Shape the meatballs: with lightly greased hands shape the meatballs, the size you prefer (preferably not too big).

4. In a large skillet, sauté minced garlic or onion in 3 tablespoons of Farchioni Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

5. Cook the meatballs: add the tomato puree, season with salt and pepper, add the meatballs and let them cook for about 25 minutes.

6. When cooked, add a few basil leaves and a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavors of the dish.
