  • 3 Squid
  • 400g shelled shrimps
  • 200g Melon
  • q.b arugula
  • q.b of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • q.b salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

1. First wash the shrimp and squid well under water and place them to drain in a colander.

2. Steam the shrimp for about 4 min until they turn pink.

3. Cook the squid in boiling water for 5-10 min, and once cooled, cut them into strips.

4. At this point, cut the melon into cubes by removing the skin and seeds.

5. Pour all ingredients into a container and season with evo oil, salt and pepper and mix well.

6. At this point you are ready to plate and serve.
