Umbrian IGP Sangiovese

Taste guide

Deep and bright purple-red in color, this wine offers vinous sensations accompanied by elegant notes of sour cherry and fresh red flowers, which enrich its flavor profile and enhance its freshness.

The sommelier's advice

On the palate, this wine is dry with a deep, enveloping sip. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 16°C, ideal to accompany red pasta, cured meats and semi-seasoned cheeses, which enhance the wine's rich flavors and structure.

Recipe and processing

Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and placed in fermentation with selected yeasts in steel fermenters. Alcoholic fermentation lasts about ten days, with the use of delestage to improve the extraction of aromatic compounds. The wine ages in wood for about six months, gaining complexity and depth.
