Benedictine Method Craft Double Malt Beer

The exploration of taste

Deep yellow color, veiled with golden highlights, and an abundant, persistent foam. On the nose, there are notes of honey and Muscat grapes, revealing a rich taste of honey, malt, grape juice and hops. The sweet aftertaste is quite persistent, making it a very pleasant beer.

The master's advice

Perfect paired with red meats, aged cheeses, cured or smoked meats and spicy dishes, this wine enhances intense, bold flavors. The recommended serving temperature is between 10° and 12° C.

Recipe and processing

Water, barley malt, Muscat grape must, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the top-fermentation method.
