Olio DOP Umbria Colli Martani is a personal selection from the Moraiolo, San Felice and Leccino Frantoio varieties and is milled by the Fonte Cupa oil mill. The olives, grown in the dry and stony Umbrian territories, are harvested and pressed on the same day to maintain the freshness of the fruit and to preserve the aromas and flavors.
