The pale straw yellow color has a very fine perlage with good persistence. The aroma is of yellow fruit and citrus, with a slight hint of bread crust and pine needles. The taste is pleasant and fresh.
Serve Blanchus Charmat Method sparkling wine at 6° C, as an aperitif or paired with raw seafood.
Grechetto grapes, vinification in steel with selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation in steel, aging in autoclave for 9 months.
