Return for rethink
Your complete satisfaction is an essential element for us. For this reason we grant the exercise of the right of withdrawal for 30 days from the entry into possession of the goods ordered, instead of the 14 provided for by the legislation.
The expenses for the return shipment for orders within the Italian territory, made by private parties, are at our expense as well as the refund of the value of the goods purchased. The goods must be returned intact, complete in all its parts and with fiscal documentation attached. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, we will refund the amount of products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Replacement or refund of damaged product/s
All charges are at our expense, provided that the shipment has been received in the correct manner. You must attach to the contact form a photo of the outer packaging (in which each side is clearly visible), a photo of the shipping label for each package and a photo of the damaged items.

How to make a return
Follow these simple steps to request the return:
- Download the return form here;
- Please wait for confirmation of the start of the return procedure and specific instructions for your case. For returns from non-EU countries, we will send you further information on customs clearance;
- Pack the items received safely (possibly in the original packaging), apply the shipping label on the packaging and insert the completed return request inside.
At the end of the procedure, you will receive, depending on the case, the refund of the amount paid with the same payment method used in the order. Alternatively, you will receive a new shipment of product/s instead of damaged or non-conforming.
