Double Malt Beer with Cocoa Beans

The exploration of taste

This craft beer has an elegant mahogany color with brown highlights, anticipating the richness of its structure. The hazelnut-colored foam is fine and persistent. On the nose it is complex, with intense aromas of dark chocolate, roasted coffee and licorice. The palate reveals a tendentially sweet personality, enhanced by soft notes of cocoa and roasted malts.

The master's advice

It pairs perfectly with red meats, aged cheeses, cured meats and coffee- or chocolate-based desserts. The recommended serving temperature is from 10° to 12° C.

Recipe and processing

Water, barley malt, cocoa beans (0.5%), fructose, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the top-fermentation method.
