Double Malt Beer with Cocoa Beans

The exploration of taste

The color is mahogany with brown highlights. The hazelnut-colored foam is fine and persistent. The aroma is complex, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and licorice. The taste tends to be sweet, with notes of cocoa and roasted malts.

The master's advice

Goes well with red meats, aged cheeses cured meats and coffee- or chocolate-based desserts. The recommended serving temperature is from 10° to 12° C.

Recipe and processing

Water, barley malt, cocoa beans (0.5%), fructose, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the top-fermentation method.
