Benedictine Method Craft Double Malt Beer

The exploration of taste

The color is slightly cloudy and amber with characteristic purple highlights. The abundant and persistent foam has pink hues. The aroma is of malt, bread crust, red fruits and raisins. On tasting we find the same olfactory notes: flavors of malt, red fruits, raisins, accompanied by a pronounced crispness. The aftertaste is sweet and decidedly persistent.

The master's advice

Goes well with red meats, aged cheeses, cured or smoked meats, spicy dishes. The recommended serving temperature is from 10° to 12° C.

Recipe and processing

Water, barley malt, sagrantino grape must, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the top-fermentation method.
