The color is ruby red, very intense, with garnet reflections. The aroma is complex and strong, characterized by hints of blackberry jam, dried plums and spices. The taste reveals a wine of great body and structure, warm, soft and with tannins well integrated.
It is recommended to serve Sagrantino Montefalco DOCG to accompany succulent dishes such as red meat and braised meats. The service temperature is 20º C as a result of an early settling.
Grapes Sagrantino, vinification in steel with selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation in steel, malolactic fermentation in steel, aging in barrique and large cask for 12 months.
