A dream is like a house: to be strong it must have a solid foundation. Our story began when a small stone mill, with the first turn of the millstone, started the production of oil and flour.
This is where the dream took shape. Taking advantage of all the classic elements of Umbrian agriculture, such as cereals, olive trees and vines, we have created products over time that are famous for their quality, always with full respect for the surrounding environment.
When our grandfather moved to Giano dell’Umbria, he opened a new chapter and laid the foundations for the long-term development of our food & farming business.
All this passion has been handed down the generations and is now embodied in Pompeo and Roberto, at the head of table, inspired by the work of their respective fathers Lanfranco and Domenico. Around them, the younger members, Pompeo’s sons Giampaolo, Marco and daughter Cecilia.
There are many personalities in the family but one distinguishing trait: the same distinct ability to combine the right flavors with each other.
