The display of VAT in the cart depends on the billing and shipping data. Once entered the data will be charged or excluded:

– for companies with EU VAT registered in the Electronic VAT Data Exchange System (V.I.E.S.) operating under reverse charge, it is not included as VAT is paid in the country of invoicing;

– for individuals and companies outside the EU, VAT is not included.

The purchase order may not include the cost of any customs duties and excise duties, which may be charged. It will be charged to the customer to pay what is due for the clearance of the order.

Depending on the product category and current regulations, some foreign countries may provide for restrictions on products that can be purchased.

Shipments are made throughout the European Union and in many non-EU countries. We prepare orders and deliver them to the courier within 3 working days of payment. The shipping time varies depending on the destination.

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 20:00. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the products in the cart. For some destinations we offer free shipping at a certain expense. Shipping costs specific to your order will be visible at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

Of course. The only condition is that the country of delivery coincides with that of invoicing.

We recommend to make a first check with the tracking number (which we attach by e-mail when sending the goods) on the status of the shipment. You will receive a new notice via e-mail if there are any delivery problems.

First, make sure you get all the packages. You can know the number of packages shipped by checking the shipping label or tracking page.

Then, check that there is no sign of damage on the outer packaging. If it detects any trace of liquid, a tear or signs of tampering, you must refuse the delivery or accept it with reservation (provided you specify in the note the problem encountered). General notes have no value for redemption purposes.

Subsequently, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and keep intact the packaging until the end of the return procedure.

You can request the return for any reason, without any justification and without any charge to its charge, for 30 days from the entry in possession of the goods ordered (instead of the 14 provided for by the legislation). It can of course require the return of any damaged or non-compliant products.

It is not possible to request the return of food products that are no longer intact.

We will take care of the replacement of the defective or damaged goods, with all the expenses (return of the order and new shipment) completely at our expense for Italian private customers, even in case of return for reconsideration. For foreign private customers and for customers with VAT, the expenses remain at their expense, as per regulations.

If the products are sold out, we will propose a replacement with items of equivalent or higher value, or we will refund the amount paid in the shortest possible time.

You can cancel an order (provided that it has not already been processed) or return the goods already shipped (for any reason, without any justification and without any charge) up to 30 days from delivery. However, there are certain limits to exercising the withdrawal as specified in the conditions of purchase.
