The serving temperature is 10º C. Ideal as an aperitif and with white pasta, fish and fresh cheese, white meat.
Recipe and processing
The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours. The vinification is done in white with soft pressing of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation is at controlled temperature. The aging takes place in steel and in bottle.
