Shipments and Delivery


We deliver orders from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 20:00. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the products in the cart.

To ensure the integrity of the package, we ship all the bottles in special and robust shipping packaging.

It is possible to ship to an address other than the billing address, for example to send a gift, provided that the billing country coincides with the delivery country.

It is possible to arrange the time and the day of delivery with the courier.

We offer free shipping upon reaching a certain expense depending on the country of destination.

Current regulations may provide for restrictions on the quantity of products that can be purchased from foreign countries. In any case, once the products are inserted in the cart and the desired delivery address, the delivery costs are counted and displayed.

We ship on average in 2-3 working days from the date of the order. All orders are delivered by express courier in Europe and worldwide with times varying depending on the destination. The reported transit times are indicative and are calculated from the day of shipment.

  • Delivery is expected within 24 / 48h from the departure of the goods from our warehouse

European Union

  • Delivery is expected within 2-4 days from the departure of the goods from our warehouse.
  • Maximum shipment of 50 Kg, about 30 Bottles (750 ml-1 L)

Extra European Union

  • Delivery is expected within 5-10 days from the departure of the goods from our warehouse.
  • Maximum shipment of 50 Kg, about 30 Bottles (750 ml-1 L)

Taxes and duties

The purchase order may not include the cost of any customs duties and excise duties, which may be charged. It will be your responsibility to pay what is due for the clearance of the order.

“Farchioni” does not take responsibility for customs clearance delays, but undertakes to minimize any inconvenience.

Tracking of shipments

After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your purchase details. When the package is shipped, we will send you a second e-mail containing the link to follow the order journey and display the estimated delivery day.


To correctly receive a delivery, we recommend that you first verify that you have received all the packages, by checking the total number of packages on the shipping label or on the tracking page. Then, check that there is no sign of damage on the outer packaging. If it detects any trace of liquid, a tear in the packaging or signs of tampering, it must refuse delivery or accept it with reservation (provided you specify in the note the problem encountered). General notes have no value for redemption purposes.

Subsequently, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and keep intact the packaging until the end of the return procedure.
