It has a tight ruby color that generates reflections of a bright purple. The velvety and elegant aroma and taste recall sensations of blueberry compote, pot pourri, sweet spices and goudron, making it a wine of great structure and depth.
The advices of the sommelier
Ideal with structured pasta dishes, noble meats and blue cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 18° C.
Recipe and processing
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The vinification is carried out with the inoculation of selected yeasts in cooled steel ferment. The alcoholic fermentation is in steel at controlled temperature. The aging takes place in barrique for 18 months.
