From the oil-mill to your home
Made from olives grown in a naturally-farmed environment controlled by ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). This product is less “stressed” by processing procedures, rich in polyphenols and other volatile substances which represent a natural defence for oil and are responsible for characteristic perfumes and flavours.
