The color is an intense straw yellow with bubbles perlage, numerous, persistent, fine-grained.Ā The aromas are distinguished by a distinct hint of bread crust accompanied by an intense citrus and mineral sensation.Ā The taste, despite the strong freshness, is full and round with a decidedly sapid finish.

It goes well with sea fish, especially shellfish or pasta dishes, always sea, moderately structured. We recommend that you serve this wine at a temperature of 8 Āŗ C. It is very good.
