The color is an intense straw yellow with bubbles perlage, numerous, persistent, fine-grained. The aromas are distinguished by a distinct hint of bread crust accompanied by an intense citrus and mineral sensation. The taste, despite the strong freshness, is full and round with a decidedly sapid finish.

Perfect with seafood fish, especially shellfish, or with first courses, also seafood, medium-structured. We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 8° C.
