The exploration of the taste
The color is mahogany with brown reflections. The hazel foam is fine and persistent. The aroma is complex with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and licorice. The taste is basically sweet, with notes of cocoa and roasted malts.

It goes well with red meats, mature cheeses, cold cuts and desserts made with coffee or chocolate. The recommended temperature of service is from 10º C to 12º C.

Water, barley malt, cocoa beans (0.5%), fructose, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the method of high fermentation.
