The intense and fruity aroma with spicy notes accompanies the sweet and sparkling taste and a foam with pink shades, abundant and persistent.

The color is slightly veiled and amber with characteristic purple reflections. The abundant and persistent foam has pink shades. The aroma is of malt, bread crust, red fruits and raisins. At the taste we find the same olfactory notes: flavors of malt, red fruits, raisin, accompanied by a pronounced sparkling. The aftertaste is sweet and decidedly persistent.
It goes well with red meats, mature cheeses, cured or smoked meats, spicy dishes. The recommended temperature of service is from 10 º C. to 12 º C.
Water, barley malt, Sagrantino grape must, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the method of high fermentation.
