The color is intense yellow, veiled and with golden reflections. The foam is abundant and persistent. On the nose there are notes of honey and Moscato grapes that reveal a taste of honey, malt, grape juice, hops. The aftertaste is sweet and quite persistent.
It goes well with red meats, mature cheeses, cured meats or smoked, spicy dishes. The recommended temperature of the service is from 10º C to 12º C.
Water, barley malt, grape must Muscat, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is characteristic of an unfiltered beer and the method of high fermentation.
